1. SETA-Funded Learner Placements

Host trained learners at no direct cost while contributing to B-BBEE, youth employment, and skills development goals. TEES manages the full process from MOU to onboarding.

Learner cohorts include:

  • Graduate Interns (Engineering, IT, Finance, Business)
  • Apprentices (Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, Carpentry)
  • Learnership Participants (Construction, Agriculture, Electrical, Admin)
  • TVET Lecturers (for short-term workplace exposure)
