The recent years, since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic have been very tough on everyone. The strain of being locked down definitely took a toll on most people’s mental health. With the South African Reserve Bank having increased the repo rate to 4.75%, government freezing the public wage for the next three years, constant fuel increases and the high cost of electricity and food in grocery retail outlets; the situation is once again looking gloomy.
