In today’s fast-changing world of work, success is no longer defined by a straight line or a single qualification. It is shaped by curiosity, resilience, and the courage to step outside of comfort zones. Harry Ngwenya’s journey is a powerful example of what can happen when a young professional chooses growth, adaptability, and purpose over fear and limitation.
Starting Small, Thinking Big
Harry Ngwenya joined Try Easy Electrical Solutions in 2021 as a Project Management Intern. Like many young people entering the workplace, he did not have all the answers but he had something far more valuable: a willingness to learn.
“I didn’t come in knowing everything. I came in ready to listen, learn, and improve every day,” Harry reflects.
Working closely with project teams, he was introduced to planning, coordination, and the realities of delivering results in a professional environment. These early experiences taught him that showing up consistently and taking responsibility matters just as much as technical skill.
“That first year taught me that professionalism starts with attitude. If you’re willing to learn, people are willing to teach,” he says.
Challenging Comfort Zones
In 2022, Harry made a deliberate decision to push himself beyond his comfort zone by taking on roles in Administration and Business Development. This move was intentional designed to help him understand the business from multiple angles.
“I wanted to understand how the whole organisation works, not just my department. Growth happens when you challenge yourself,” Harry explains.
Through this experience, he developed skills in communication, planning, and client engagement. More importantly, he learned that early career stages are not about titles, but about exposure and growth.
“Every role I took on added a new layer to who I am professionally. Nothing I learned was wasted,” he adds.
The Birth of an Entrepreneurial Vision
Later in 2022, Harry took a bold step by founding Prime Edge Business Solutions, officially beginning his consultancy journey. Starting a business while still developing professionally required courage, discipline, and faith in his abilities.
“I realised that waiting for the ‘perfect time’ can delay your purpose. Sometimes you just have to start and grow along the way,” Harry shares.
Prime Edge Business Solutions became a platform for him to apply what he had learned, support other businesses, and build confidence as a young entrepreneur.

“Entrepreneurship taught me accountability. When your name is on the work, you give it your all,” he says.
In 2023, Harry achieved another major milestone by qualifying as an Assessor a role that allowed him to contribute directly to skills development and empowerment.
“Becoming an assessor wasn’t just about career growth. It was about being part of shaping someone else’s future,” he reflects.
This role aligned with his passion for development, quality training, and empowering others through knowledge. It marked a shift from only building his own career to actively supporting the growth of others.
“Skills change lives. When people are properly trained and recognised, they gain confidence and opportunities,” Harry explains.
A Message to the Youth
Harry’s journey speaks directly to young people navigating uncertainty, self-doubt, and early career pressure. His advice is simple but powerful:
“Don’t rush the process. Learn as much as you can, stay humble, and trust that consistency will open doors,” he says.
He believes that success is built through discipline, adaptability, and courage.
“You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to start and stay committed,” Harry adds.
Looking Ahead
Today, Harry Ngwenya continues to grow as a professional, entrepreneur, and assessor. His journey is a reminder that progress is built step by step and that every opportunity, no matter how small, can shape a meaningful future.
“My journey is still unfolding, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. If my story can inspire even one young person, then it’s worth sharing,” he concludes.
At Try Easy Electrical Solutions, Harry’s story stands as a testament to the power of opportunity, mentorship, and self-belief proof that with the right mindset, young people can build careers that matter.
